OUR CLASSES
Our experienced instructors lead high-intensity workouts that combine cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Each class is 50 minutes long and includes a warm-up, a cool-down, and plenty of sweat-inducing exercises in between.
Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our instructors provide modifications and progressions to ensure that everyone is challenged and working at their own pace.
